Design and Budget
We connect you with one of our trusted designers who can help you blend your budget with your needs and put your vision on paper.
Take bids and sign contracts
After a design and budget have been decided we will take bids from suppliers and subcontractors, accepting the best bids and bidding some phases of the construction ourselves.
Foundation, Framing, Mechanical
The building now begins. During this phase your home's critical structure & systems are built & inspected.
Finish Selection
Selecting finishes is the most overwhelming part of building, this is when your dream becomes real.
Completion and Warranty
After completion all of our homes we have a one-month finish and a 6-month mechanical warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
